About Douglas

We both reside in Georgetown, Texas with our sweet family. We have been together since 2004, happily married and raising three fun kids — McCade, Anna Claire, and Addie Grace Brown — who all enjoy family time, traveling, and sports!

When we are not working, you can usually find us on a volleyball court, football field, golf course, or swimming in the pool! We are incredibly involved in our children's lives as well as personal interests like serving at our church and real estate investing.

We have educational backgrounds that perfectly complement our experience in the real estate / mortgage industry. Doug graduated from Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and Sarah has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University.

Doug has been in the mortgage business for 20+ years (Sarah 2+ years) and we both have substantial experience with residential mortgages, including construction loans. We can lend anywhere in the state of Texas, and Sarah is also licensed in Arizona.
