About Dave

I started in the mortgage industry in 1991 to help people purchase and refinance their biggest investment. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or long-time homeowner, my goal is to give you strategies to create wealth. I’ll do so by delivering award-winning service at every turn – service recognized by the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors 2015 Affiliate of the Year award and the Delta Association of Realtors 2020 Affiliate of the Year award.

From applying to receiving your keys or completing your refinance, I’ll be there to guide you. When I’m not working, you can find me on the backroads of Northern California, discovering our beautiful coastline. If there is a winery nearby, odds are I’ll stop in and do some wine testing. I also enjoy time on my boat in San Joquin Delta and giving back to my community through local events, including golf tournaments.
