About Paige

I grew up in Thailand, and bought my first condo at a very young age. I didn’t know enough about home loans, and ended up with a really bad loan term and interest rate. That experience made me resolve to help people understand their home financing. Now I’m involved in my local Thai community, run a YouTube channel where I explain the mortgage process in Thai, and have partnered with non-profit housing organizations to educate people on homeownership. I want to help you find the loan that’s best for you, and make sure you grasp the details, too.

My favorite part of my job is finding grants for my clients, whether for down payments or closing costs. I consider it a success when I can offer you the right mortgage with the right terms. This is why I take time to explain the process and help you budget your money.
