I was born in Flushing, New York, and moved with my family to Holbrook when I was five. I graduated from Sachem High School in Lake Ronkonkoma, then earned a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities from the University of Maryland, College Park. While working full time in radio, I earned a paralegal certificate from Marist College in Poughkeepsie.

I entered the mortgage industry in 1994 as a real estate paralegal for an attorney, auditing closed mortgage files. I then worked as a mortgage servicer and processor for a large credit union before becoming a loan officer in 1996.

I love what I do and care deeply about my customers, valuing my long-term professional reputation and relationships more than my paycheck. When you work with me, you are a valued friend and client. This approach to mortgage lending has earned me many repeat clients, who recommend me to their family and friends.

I excel in educating and working with both first-time homebuyers and wealthier clients, with a knack for getting people into homes with a low down payment. You can expect a high level of service from me and can trust my expertise and experience. I communicate clearly and concisely, smoothly guiding clients through complicated aspects of the homebuying process and informing them every step of the way.

I am passionate about helping borrowers who have been turned down during the mortgage application process at large banks and credit unions. I also strive to make home financing easier for those who have been previously approved but were dissatisfied with their experiences.

I am proud to make a living helping others, while still having time to spend with my family and go on vacation with my wife. The longer I live, the more I want to learn. I love rock concerts and sporting events, and I’m an avid fan of the Maryland Terrapins and New York Mets.
