CrossCountry Mortgage understands the need to offer our branches real-time support, which is why we created CCM Assist. This program will offer Branch Managers a single point of contact for any questions, concerns, and inquiries anytime support is needed!
Why is this program a benefit?
Often times branches need an answer or need support as fast as possible, and CCM Assist is designed for those occasions. The goal is to facilitate a clear line of communication in a timely manner.
Who is the main point of contact for the program?
Lisa Stout is our Branch Lending Team Manager and your CCM Assist liaison. Lisa began working with CCM in the summer of 2010. She worked as a processor, processing manager, underwriting support lead, support portal manager, and on the branch operations transition team, as well as working on many special projects and roles throughout her tenure.
Having worked in so many positions and departments within CCM, Lisa will be able to relate and assist with the day-to-day ongoing needs and solutions you currently face as a Branch Manager with CrossCountry Mortgage.
How will this process work?
Think of this program as "roadside assistance" - when you need immediate support and don't have time to wait for a call from a specific department, CCM Assist is your go-to. Just call, email, or text Lisa, and she will provide the support you need within minutes. This program also provides an additional layer of support by establishing a resource and sounding board for new ideas that encourage continual growth.
