I have been in the mortgage industry since 2012, when a loan officer friend recommended the profession and thought I would be good at it. The greatest part of this career is being able to make a borrower feel comfortable throughout the entire home financing process and earning a client for life.
I have worked for many different lending companies in a variety of management positions, including everything from sales to operations. This extensive knowledge of both the front and back ends of the mortgage process has really made a difference in my career, and clients know I will always be at the top of my game when it comes to their needs.
My specialties include VA purchase loans and working with self-employed borrowers. I set realistic expectations with clients up front and communicate with them regularly. I make it a promise to return any phone calls within 24 hours or less, as being available to customers is among the greatest values you can offer in this business. I work alongside my clients to get their loan closed, ensuring they are an active part of the transaction from start to finish.
I hope to continue helping borrowers for years to come with my organized, detail-oriented approach. That’s how I plan to build a referral base of customers who are comfortable coming to me with their home financing needs.
I grew up in Elyria and went to Elyria Catholic High School. I then attended Cleveland State University on a wrestling scholarship, where I majored in anthropology. In my off time, I write comedy for fun and have performed several times as a stand-up comedian. I have also visited over 40 states!
