About Josh

I have been helping families buy their dream homes, refinance their current homes, and purchase investment properties or second homes for more than 10 years in the central Iowa/Des Moines metro area. I am passionate about what I do, and strive to ensure each client has a smooth, seamless mortgage process.

I grew up in northern Iowa, where I worked with my family in residential construction and custom home building. I moved to San Antonio, Texas, for 10 years, and had my own remodeling company until the housing market slowdown affected my business. I transitioned into investment properties and learned more about financing different property types, which created an opportunity to move back to my home state.
