About Twyla

I began my career in the mortgage business in 2000, in Dallas, TX. In 2003, I moved to the Phoenix market so my son could be closer to my father. In 2007, I relocated to Las Vegas, NV. Just a few months after moving, the market started crashing. Here I was single mother in a new city with no business partners while the market was crashing. With my strong determination to succeed, I decided the best thing to do is find a strong company to work for. In 2011, we joined with CrossCountry Mortgage I attribute my success to finding a strong company to work for. CrossCountry offers programs for every situation imaginable, growth, stability and support, which allows my success to continue to grow.

I pride myself on offering excellent, professional customer service to all my clients. While educating them of the many options in purchasing and refinancing so they have the knowledge to feel comfortable with their biggest financial decision. My passion has always been to do what's best for the customer, provide professional service with little hassle and a quick, smooth closing. Even after closing I am always available for questions or just to catch up on life. I build relationships with my clients. My experience and knowledge provides a level of service many others can't offer. No situation has ever been too challenging.
