About Joseph

I was born in Miami, Florida, moved to South Korea when I was three years old, and returned to the U.S. when I was 10. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with my bachelor’s degree in accounting. After college, I moved to California and worked as a cost accountant for three years.

I was introduced to the mortgage industry by a family member who knew about my passion for the real estate industry. I started as a loan processor, where I learned the ins and outs of home financing.

I am a detail-oriented guy who is great with numbers and can tackle mortgage scenarios from different angles. I specialize in assisting with first-time homebuyers, refinances, investment properties, and second home purchases. I offer a wide range of products from conventional and jumbo to FHA, VA, and renovation loans. I am also fluent in Korean and English.
