With more than 25 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, developing retail origination sales, marketing and operational platforms, I've dedicated my career to helping others grow their business with a life balance approach. Prior to joining CrossCountry Mortgage, I was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alpine Mortgage Planning in Lake Oswego, OR; Now a nationally recognized lender.

I attended Western Oregon University and George Fox University, where I received my bachelor's degree in business and Economics and an MBA.

I had the pleasure to serve as the former Chairman of the Western Oregon University Foundation board and serve many local charities, including the former Man of the Year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
