My most powerful advantage as a mortgage lender is my bilingualism. I use this tool to branch out and connect with Spanish-speaking individuals. Using a client’s native language breaks any dialect barriers and allows the overall process to run much more smoothly. I recognize the importance of open engagement with my Latino community and I strive to create comfortable spaces for all of my customers.
