Before getting to business, I think it’s important to introduce myself personally to clients. My name is Padric J. Higgins, but you can call me PJ. My wife is an experienced real estate agent, and we have two daughters, ages 16 and 26, and a 23-year-old son. Our eldest daughter is a local nurse, our son is a firefighter and EMT, and our youngest is an aspiring psychologist. We’re a family committed to our community – and that plays into my business, too.

My journey in mortgage lending started 28 years ago, and during that time I aspired to complete my degree in project management from Colorado State University. I’m an expert in home financing and real estate who’s helped many finance their dream home. I’ve devoted many years to learning all facets of lending, including new construction, FHA, streamlined refinances, down payment assistance programs, and more. No matter your goals or circumstances, I’ll provide the knowledge to get it done.
